Could you please describe the specific issue you’re trying to resolve by gaining access to Heroku?

@dmitrii.k i think Saif put that prematurely, i dont really need an access. There is a backend error that led to a crash.

There are indeed to deployment errors, but there is an error in logs related to a potential bug in your backend code. Once you identify the issue in your backend code you can deploy a new version.
