App ID: 311
Someone changed the CB app name (also Heroku app ID) which in turn changed the app URL. Not an issue that is was changed, but the Heroku app’s default URL was configured to receive webhook updates from third-party service. We’re trying to figure out when (and if possible who/how) it was changed to make up for the missed updates.
Edit: No need to reverse the change. We’ve now configured to use the custom domain to receive webhook updates.
