Tech support transitioning to the forums (July 27 Developer Update)

Hey Crowdbotics Crew!

This is your friendly reminder that there is a change rolling out today for technical support. We’re asking that any technical questions get posted on our forum and NOT in the technical support channel on Slack. You can login with the same userid and password that you use to access the Crowdbotics application.

When you post a technical question in the “Tech Support” category on the forum, it will trigger an engineering response. Just remember that questions on the forum should not contain sensitive details for customer projects.
