Template builder not working

Hi - i’m just testing to see if we want to invest in this service. I made an account etc but when I try to use one of the templates from the library (I am not a coder) it just cycles and cycles then gives a 500 error code, so we can’t test this to see if we want to use it.

How do I fix this? I’m on Chrome, on a Mac
